Present:Doney, Sheridan, Humeston, Mack, Klingelhofer. Absent : None City Attorney Rourke. present City Engineer Carlsen, present Planning Advisor Remland, present Moved by Klingelhof~r, seconded by Mack that minutes of June26th and July let meetings be approved as mailed. Carried; HEARING ON Hearing on Pankey Annexation No. 2 opened at PANKEY ANNEX 7:33 P. M. OPENED Clerk reported no!correspondence or written protests had been received. Mr.. CLOSED Moved by Mack, seconded by Klingelhofer that ORD. 229 Qrdinance No. 229, approving. the annexation APPROVES of certain uninhabited territory, designated PANKEY ANNEX as "Pankey Annexation No. 2" to the City of NO. 2 Tustin, have first reading by title only. Carried, unanimously. BIDS OPENED Mayor declared that this was the time and place ON IMPROVE- designated for opening of bids for improving MENT FOR portions of Pasadena Ave., Third Street and PORTIONS. Sixth Street. PASADENA, 3RD ST. & 6TH. Clerk reported that five bids had been received. Bids then opened as follows and attorney ruled that all bidders bonds appeared to be in order: .... C. E. Crommett explained alserna~e plans and requested the council to cause a re- study of school site and plan. HEARING Hearing on zone change application No. 63-125 -.OPENS. of ~ichard Keith opened at 9:34 P- M. ZC 63-125 Location and present zoning of subject property and surrounding area explained by Mr. Remland and application read by cIerk. Mr.C. McKown Rearing declared closed at 12 midnight. Moved by Klingelhofer, seconded by Humeston that HEARING ON decision on Zone Change Application No. 63-125 of ZC 63-125 R. Keith be deferred Bo-second meeting in August DEFERRED for the purpose of obtaining results of committee .study. Motion carried unanimously. Moved by Mack, seconded by Klin elhofer that DECIS_ decision on ZC application No. ~3-124 be deferred ION 5o August 19th meeting. Carried. DEFERRED Moved by Mack that action on multiple zoning (R-4, R-3, R-2 and P. D.) be deferred for 90 days. MOTION Motion withdrawn. WITHDRAWN Moved by Mack, seconded by Humeaton that a general NOT TO policy of the Council be established not to fezone RE_ZONE any properzy to multiple purpose uses for s FOE 3 period of three months.
