be approved as mailed. Carried;
HEARING ON Hearing on Pankey Annexation No. 2 opened at
PANKEY ANNEX 7:33 P. M.

Clerk reported no!correspondence or written
protests had been received.

ORD. 229 Qrdinance No. 229, approving. the annexation
APPROVES of certain uninhabited territory, designated
PANKEY ANNEX as "Pankey Annexation No. 2" to the City of
NO. 2 Tustin, have first reading by title only.
Carried, unanimously.
BIDS OPENED Mayor declared that this was the time and place
ON IMPROVE- designated for opening of bids for improving
