Moved by Mack, seconded by Klingelhofer that Minutes of April 15th regular meeting and April 25th Special Meeting be approved ss mailed. Carried. Mr. Ken Nelson spoke objecting to change. Mr. Roy Lewis and Mr. H. Balmer spoke in favor of change. 161 City Attorney advised the Council that due to an error in publication the Hearing should be continued and r.enolticed.
