Further, that the City of Tustin, its agents or employees, failed to make said dangerous condition (a raised uneven brickwork/ sidewalk/walkway) safe or warn of the dangerous condition which caused Claimant to trip and fall and to sustain personal injury. It is alleged at this time that the accident was caused by the negligence, operation, maintenance, service, inspection, examina- tion, management, supervision, control, repair, construction, and design of the brickwork/sidewalk/walkway.
