JWA - The County's noise monitoring program began on Tuesday, July 26, 1988.
l~'Tle staff is still waiting for an "official" schedule for the program, based
upon conversations with JWA staff: measurements will last approximately one week
at each location and the monitoring sites will be manned and operated between
the hours of 6:15 a.m. and 11:45 p.m., seven (7) days a week. Some technical
difficulty is still being experienced with the hardware; however, it is not of a
nature that is inhibiting the program. A copy of the schedule will be made
available to the Council as soon as staff receives it. Lastly, staff is
coordinating with the City's consultant, John Van Houten, to loop him into the
monitoring program's data review.
CRAS - The general meeting of August 8th has been postponed. No new meeting
date has been set.
ASC - No new information since our last report.
