PLANNING Correspondence from Richard Smith, Chairman of ADVISOR screening Committee, for planning advisor re- ACCEPTED garding investlgati n and recommendations for Eldon Remland read. Moved by Councilman Klingelhofer, seconded by Councilman Mack that the Council accept the re- commendations of said committee and employ Mr. Eldon Remland as Planning Advisor at a salary of $725.00 per month effective April 1, 1963. Sub- sequent salary arrangements in form of a five- step plan to be worked out. Moved by Councilman Humeston , seconded by Coun- cilman Mack that circumstances regarding the above be clarified by the legal counsbt - carried. 0RD. N0.206 Discussion of business license held. Moved by BUS. LIC. Councilman Mack, seconded by Councilman KIlngel- borer that Ordinance No. 206 be read by title only. Carried unanlmously~ Correspondence from Seventh Day Adventist Church deferred to March 4th meeting. Moved by Councilman Humeston, seconded by Coun- cilman Mack that meeting be adjourned.
