Meeting called to order at 7 P.M. by Mayor Doney.

PROTEST
HEARING Correspondence from Irvine Company and Santa Fe Land Imp-
revement requesting continuance of hearing, read by Clerk.
Moved by Councilman Sheridan, seconded by Councilman Mack

ll, 1963at 7 P.M. Carried.
~ Protest Hearing on "Newport Avenue Annexation to the City
~' NEWPORT AVE of Tustin" opened at 7:05 P.M.

HEARING Improvement requesting continuance of hearing read by clerk.
Moved by Councilman Sheridan, seconded by Councilman Mack,
that Hearing on Newport Avenue Annexation be continued to
Marc~ ll, 1963 at 7 P.M. Carried.
Moved by CounciLman Klingelhofer, seconded by CounciLman Mack
tPzt Resolution No. 640, appreving plans and specifications
D ST for the ImDrovement of South "D" Street, between Iaguna
-- IMPROV. Road and 470' Southerly, Project No. 26, and authorizing
and directing the ~ity Clerk to advertise for bids, be
read by title only. Carried unanimously.
Res. 640 Moved by Councilman Mack, seconded by Councilman Klingelhofer
that Resolution No. 640 be passed and adopted. Carried
Roll call: all councilmen present voting Aye.
Moved by Councilman Mack, seconded by Councilman Klingelhofer
that Resolution No. 641, appreving plans and specifications
FIRST ST. for the improvement of First Street from "D" to Prospect
IMP. and authorizing and directing the City Clerk to advertise
for bids, be read by title only. Motion carried unanimously.
RES. 641 Moved by Councilman Sheridan, seconded by Councilman Mack
that Resolution No. 641 be passed and adopted. Carried by
roll call, all councilmen present voting Aye.
Moved by Councilman Sheridan, seconded by Councilman Mack,
CENSUS that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute
AGREEMENT Census Agreement between this City and the State Depart-
ment of Finance. Carried.
Moved by Councilman Mack, seconded by Councilman Sheridan that
~ SEGAL the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute Agreement
AGREEMENT between Mr. M. Segal and the City regarding Pasadena Ave.
sewer. Carried.
Moved by Councilmaa Sheridan, seconded by CounciLman Mack
SEGAL authorizing release of faithful performance bonds to Mr.
SEWER Segal for Pasadena Ave SewereFroject. Motion carried.
BOND
Moved by Councilman Sheridan, seconded by Councilman
Klingelhofer that meeting be adjourned to regular meeting
February 18, 1963. Carried.
