Meeting called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Mayor Doney.
Present: Doney, Sheridan, Humeston, Mack, Klingelhofer
Absent: None
City Attorney Rourke, present
City Engineer McBride, present

MINUTES OF HEARING TO MODIFY RESOLUTION OF
INTENTION NO. 615, PLANS AND WORK:
October 29, 1962
7:30'o'clock p.m.
It appearing that the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m. had
arrived, the City Clerk advised the City Council that this was
now the time, ds~e and place for the public hearing called for by
Resolution No. 619 of this Council, adopted October 15, 1962, being
a resolution proposing ~o change, modify and amend the plans,
Resolution of Intention No. 615, and the WOrk described therein,
in "TUSTIN CITY SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1."
~The City Clerk advised the COuncil that said Resolution
No. 619 had been published on October 18, 1962, in The Tustin News
in accordance wmth the order of the Council, and that the affidavit
of publication was on file with the Clerk.
"Upon inquiry by the Mayor, the City Clerk advised the
Councillthat no written~objections of anylkind or character whatsoever
ha~ been filed wi~h her or the GoUncil~concerning the proposed
changes, modifications and amendments. The Mayor then inquired if
there were any persons present who wished to objec~ to the proposed
changes, modifications and/or amendments. There were no such ob-
jections from persons present.
"The City G~uncil then indicated thatit was ready to act,
whereupon the Clerk presented to the Council for its consideration a
resolution numbered ResolUtion No. 621, entitled as follows:
'A RESOLUTIQN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING, MODIFYING AND AMEND-
ING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 615 PERTAINING TO
'TUSTIN CITY SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1' AND
THE PLANS HERETOFORE APPROVED FOR SAID ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT AS SAID PLANS ARE REFERRED TO AND INCOR-
PORATED IN SAID RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 615,
AND MODIFYING THE WORK TO BE DONE AS DESCRIBED
AND SHOWN ON SAID PLANS." '

unanimously.
"It was thereupon moved by Councilman Mack, seconded by
Councilman Sheridan, that said Resolution No. 621 be adopted, and
