Recommendation: Approval of Minutes.

Recommendation: Approval of subject demands in the amount of
$153,088.78 as recommended by the Finance Department.
OTHER BUSINESS
CLOSED SESSION
The Redevelopment Agency will recess to Closed Session pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(a) to confer with the City Attorney
regarding pending litigation which has been initiated formally and
to which the Redevelopment Agency is a party. The title of the
litigation is Tustin v. Little Caesar, et al., Orange County
Superior Court, Case No. 460270.
ADJOURNMENT - To the next Regular Meeting on Monday, November 7,
