Nault, Finance Director Laura Pickup, Senior Planner Susan Jones, Recreation Superintendent Valerie Whiteman, Deputy City Clerk Approximately 20 in the audience APPROV~tJa OF MINUTES - OCTOBER 3, 1988, REGULAR MEETING It was moved by Edgar, seconded.by Kelly, to approve the Minutes of October 3, 1988. The motion carried 5-0. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $153,088.78 It was moved bv Edgar, seconded by Kelly, to approve subject demands in the amount of $153,088.78. The motion carried 5-0. OTHER BUBINEBB- None CLOSED BEBBZON Chairman Ho·st·fey announced the Redevelopment Agency would recess t° Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) to confer with the City Attorney regarding pending litigation which has been initiated formally and to which the Redevelopment Agency is a party. The title of the litigation is Tustin v. Little Caesar, et al., Orange County Superior Court, Case No. 460270. ADJO~NT At 10:30 p.m., the meeting was adjourned to the next Regular Meeting on November 7, 1988, at 7:00 p.m. ACTION FROM CLOSED SESSION The Redevelopment Agency approved the following recommendations: 1. That the Agency approve settlement of the loss of goodwill claim of. Gary .Lazar, dba P&M Service Stations, for the amount of $6'..~,500 l~lus allowable interest. 2. That the Agency ratify the settlement of $85,000 plus interest for the loss of goodwill of Little Caesar Enterprises. CHAIRMAN RECORDING SECRETARY .
