APPROVAL OF DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $18,89o.79 Recommendation: Approval of subject demands in the amount of $18,890.79 as recommended by the Finance Department. SECOND AMENDMENT TO TOWN CENTER AREA REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT The Planning Commission at their regular meeting on November 28, 1988, adopted Resolution No. 2545 recommending to the City Council and Redevelopment Agency approval of the proposed Second Amendment to.the Town Center Area Redevelopment Project. Recommendation: Receive and file subject report as recommended by the .Comm.unity Development Department. CERTIFICATION OF FINAL EIR 88-02 FOR THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE TOWN CENTER REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT The Planning Commission at their special meeting on August 29, 1988, held a Public Hearing on Draft EIR 88-02 for the proposed Second Amendment to the Town Center Redevelopment Project and adopted Resolution No. 2528 recommending to the City Council certification of EIR 88-02 with incorporation of all responses to written and oral testimony. Recommendation: Certify Final EIR 88-02 with incorporation of response to comments on the Draft EIR by adoption of the following Resolution No. RDA 88-14 as recommended by the Community Development Department: RESOLUTION NO. RDA 88-L4 - A RESOLUTION OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, FINDING THAT THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (EIR 88-02) PREPARED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE TOWN CENTER REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT IS RECOGNIZED AS ADEQUATE WITH THE INCORPORATION OF ALL RESPONSES TO COMMENTS AND CERTIFYING FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT' 88-02 OTHER BUSINESS ADJOU~NT - To the next Regular Meeting on Monday, December 19, 1988, at 7:00 p.m. REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AGENDA PAGE I DECEMBER 5, 1988
