APPROVAL OF DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $983,993.00 RATIFICATION OF PAYROLL IN THE AMOUNT OF $191,045.45 HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT FOR USE OF ANAHEIM STATIUM PARKING LOT Execute the Hold Harmless Agreement with the City of Anaheim for use of Anaheim Stadium parking lot in connection with driver training for police motorcycles as recommended by the Police Department. 4. AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF JAMBOREE ROAD BETWEEN IRVINE BOULEVARD AND CHAPMAN AVENUE, AD 86-2 Approve an agreement for professional services with Hunsaker and Associates Irvine, Inc. and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute as recommended by the Public Works Department/Engineering Division. · POLICY ON TEMPORARY USE PERMITS FOR COLD-AIR BALLOONS Receive and file as recommended by the Community Development Department. 6. ANNUAL REPORT, 1987-88 Receive and file the Annual Report for 1987-88 and direct that a copy of this report be filed with the State Controller and the State Department of Housing and Community Development as recommended by the Community Development Department. · RESOLUTION NO. 88-132 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THAT PUBLIC INTEREST AND NECESSITY DEMANDS IMMEDIATE EXPENDITURE OF PUBLIC MONEY TO SAFEGUARD LIFE AND HEALTH (FOOTHILL RESERVOIR REPAIRS) Adopt Resolution No. 88-132 declaring that public interest and necessity demands immediate expenditure of public money to safeguard life and health as recommended by the Public Works Department/Engineering Division. · RESOLUTION NO. 88-133 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, REQUESTING THE COUNTY OF ORANGE TO INCLUDE WITHIN THE ARTERIAL HIGHWAY FINANCING PROGRAM THE IMPROVEMENT OF VARIOUS STREETS Adopt Resolution No. 88-133 requesting the County of Orange to include the improvement of certain streets in the 1989-90 FY AHFP as recommended by the Public Works Department/Engineering Division. · AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF TUSTIN RANCH ROAD, PORTOLA PARKWAY, LA COLINA DRIVE AND IRVINE BOULEVARD, AD 86-2 Approve an agreement for professional services with Ge·Soils, Inc. for soils engineering and testing and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute as recommended by the Public Works Department/Engineering Division. 10. RIGHT-OF-WAY CERTIFICATION FOR NORTHEAST CORNER OF RED HILL AVENUE AND WALNUT AVENUE, AHFP NO. 1199 Approve the right-of-way certification for this project and authorize the Mayor to execute as recommended by the Public Works Department/Engineering Division. 11. ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND RELEASE OF BONDS FOR TRACT NO. 12759 Accept all public improvements related to Tract No. 12759 and authorize the release of the following bonds: Faithful Performance %5241 0357, $444,900; Labor and Material #5241 0357, $222,450; and Monumentation #5241 0358, $10,500 as recommended by the Public Works Department/Engineering Division. RESOLUTION NO. 88-134 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT AND AUTHORIZING RECORDATION OF NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR SIDEWALK AND CURB AND GUTTER REPAIR PROJECT, 1987-88 FY Adopt Resolution No. 88-134 accepting said work and authorizing the recordation of the Notice of Completion as recommended by the Public Works Department/Engineering Division. 13. POLICE CANINE "GUNDO" Retire Police Canine Gundo from City service and execute sales agreement between Officer Ron Frazier and the City selling Canine Gundo as surplus as recommended by the Police Department. 14. RESOLUTION NO. 88-135 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THAT PUBLIC INTEREST AND NECESSITY DEMANDS IMMEDIATE EXPENDITURE OF PUBLIC MONEY TO SAFEGUARD LIFE AND HEALTH (RAWLINGS RESERVOIR REPAIRS) Adopt Resolution No. 88-135 declaring that public interest and necessity demands immediate expenditure of public money to safeguard life and health as recommended by the Public Works Department/Engineering Division.
