Present: Kidd, Humeston, Sheridan, Byrd, Mack Absent: None City Engineer McBride, present City Attorney Rourke, present JAN. 15TH Moved by Councilman Byrd, seconded by Council- MINUTES man Mac~ that the Minutes of January 15th be APPROVED approved as mailed and received. Motion carried. Motion carried. DANCE PERMITS Moved by Councilman Sheridan, seconded by TO BE ISSUED Councilman Byrd that Dance Permits be issued TO MELLA DEE to the Mella Dee Inn and the Revere House INN & REVERE when cleared by the Fire Chief. Motion carried. TUSTIN LITTLE Moved by Councilman Sheridan, seconded by LEAGUE REQUEST Councilman Byrd that request of Mr. Wm. FOR FUNDS REF. Sommerville for financial aid to Tuntin TO PARKS & REC. Little League be referred to the Parks COMMISSION and Recreation Commission for recommenda- tions. Motion carried. SECOND READING Moved by Councilman Sheridan, seconded by OF ORD.
