January 15, 1962
Meeting called uo order at 7:.30 P.M. by Mayor Kidd.
Present: Kidd, Humeston, Byrd, Mack, Sheridan
Absent: None
City Attorney Rourke, present
City Engineer McBride, present
MINUTES Moved by Councilman Byrd, seconded by Councilman
APPROVED Mack that minutes of January 2, 1962 be approved
as mailed and received. Motion carried.
RESET DATE Moved by Councilman Mack, seconded by Councilman
OF McFADDEN~ Sheridan that Resolution No. 580, RESETTING DATE
NEWPORT OF PROTEST HEARING FOR McFADDEN-NEWPORT ANNEXA-
ANNEXATION TION TO MARCH 5, 1962 at 7:30 P.M. be passed and
TO 3-.5-62 adopted. Motion carried by roll call - all council-
men voting Aye.
