BACKGROUND On November 2, 1987,the Agency passed and adopted Redevelopment Agency No. 87-16 which previously authorized the advertisement of bids for carpet installation with a 'scheduled bid award date of December 7, 1987. Additionally, Redevelopment Agency Resolution No. 87-18 authorizes the advertisement of bids for cabinetry work within the City Hall complex. This cabinetry work will include the construction and relocation of the Community Development Department counter, a joint use Finance Department/Administrative Services Department counter, and the replacement of countertops at the Engineering and Community Services counters.
