CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA.

George Korol, M.D., hereby presents this claim to the
City of Tustin pursuant to Section 910 of the California
Government Code.
1. The name and post office address of claimant George
Korol, M.D. is as follows: 17541 Irvine 'Blvd., Suite B,
Tustin, California 92680.
2. The post office address to which claimant desires
notice of this claim to be sent is as follows: Yacobozzi and
Sterling, 1501 Westcliff Drive, Suite 300, Newport Beach,
California 92660.
3. On August 1, 1986, at the medical office of Dr.
George Korol, M.D., located at 17541 Irvine Blvd., Suite B,
Tustin, California, claimant, and claimant's real and

personal property, were injured by the City of Tustin, and
specifically by the Tustin Police Department, under the
following circumstances:
Claimant's property was trespassed and destroyed by
actions of the Tustin Police Department; claimant suffered
invasion of privacy, an illegal search and seizure and
destruction of personal and real property, interference with
prospective and current business relationships, loss of good
will and reputation in the community, together with negative
publicity and loss of esteem among claimant's patients and
prospective patients, all due to the unlawful and
unreasonable police activities of the Tustin Police
Department. Claimant suffered from intentional infliction of
emotional distress together with negligent infliction of
emotional distress, all due unreasonable and negligent
activities by the Tustin Police Department.
4. On August 1, 1986, claimant and claimant's property
were injured and trespassed by unidentified officers of the
Tustin Police Department. Claimant's medical offices were
entered without reason, and claimant's property was damaged
and destroyed by the actions of the officers of the Tustin
Police Department all without probable cause and in violation
of claimant's rights.
5. As far as is known to claimant at the date of filing
this claim, claimant has been injured and damaged in the
amount of $1,112,000.00 due to the injuries hereinbefore
specified.
6. The public employee or employees causing said

injuries and damages to claimant are currently unknown to
claimant, who will only be identified through discovery
during the pending action on this matter.
7. At the time of presentation of this claim, claimant
claims damages in an amount in excess of. SI,Ii2,000.00
including a sum due to prospective injuries and damages,
computed on the basis of the injuries sustained as
hereinbefore set forth. /.--
