Avenue west to Falmouth Place. This will eliminate the flooding that
occurs during heavy rains in the cul-de-sac of Falmouth Place on the
north side of San Juan Street.

The Frontier Park project will replace an existing drainage system
serving the sand-filled play area which is no longer working due to pipe
failure.
It is anticipated that construction will start about February 15, 1988
and be completed about April 29, 1988.
