A NEGATIVE DECLARATION WILL BE FILED FOR THIS PROJECT IN

Ordinance Anendnent 87-5 by the adoption of Resolution No. 2468 as revised. Motion

Commissioner Le Jeune moved, Pontious seconded to recommend approval of the CC&R
document to City Council. Motion carried 5-0.

7. Report on Orange County Council of Government Study

Commissioner Le Jeune moved, Weil seconded to continue the matter to the February 22,
1988 Planning Commission meeting. Motion carried 5-0.
