ROLL CALL o APPROVAL OF MINUTES - FEBRUARY 1, 1988, REGULAR MEETING Recommendation' Approve. 4~ o REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DEWlANOS - DECEMBER, 1987, AND JANUARY, 1988 A list of Redevelopment Agency Demands for the months of December, 1987, and January, 1988. Recommendation: Approve Demands in the amounts of $1,022.44 for December, 198/, and $3,152.50 for January, 1988, as recommended by the Fi nance Department. NEWPORT/MCFADDEN AVENUE UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 10 Continued from January 18 and February 1' for information pertaining to property owners in the E1 Camino Real Underground Utility District No. 5 being required to fund conversion costs as compared to subject District. Recommendation: Pleasure of the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency. Should City 'Council approve use of Redevelopment Agency funds for private property conversions, a supplemental 1987-88 Budget appropriation in the amount of $4,250.00 is requested by tile Public Works Department/Engineeri ng Division. -6. NEWPORT/MCFADDEN AVENUE UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 10 Pursuant to City Council action on January 18, 1988, staff requests street light installations be funded by Redevelopment Agency funds and a supplemental appropri ati on. Recommendation' Authorize a supplemental 1987-88 budget appropriation in the amount of $12,000.00 for the South Central Project Area for street lighting within the Newport/McFadden Avenue Underground Utility District No. 10 as recommended hy the Public Works Department/Engineer- lng Division. RDA 88-2 A request for appropriation of funds to begin construction of the Tustin Area Senior Center while the fund-raising campaign continues. RESOLUTION NO. RDA 88-2 - A RESOLUTION OF THE TUSTIN REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ~APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE TUSTIN AREA SENIOR CENTER AND DETERMINING THAT THE PROJECT IS A BENEFIT TO THE TOWN CENTER PROJECT AREA AND THERE ARE NO OTHER REASONABLE MEANS OF COMPLETING THE FINANCING OF THE PROJECT Rec. o.mme, ndatio.n.- That the Agency: 1) Adopt Resolution No. RDA 88-2; and 2) Appropriate $250,000.00 from unappropriated reserves of the Redevel- opment Agency as recommended by the Community Services Department.' 8.
