BACKGROUND: On December 7, 1987, Caltrans and the City of Tustin entered into an agreement which defined the terms and conditions under which a feasibility study for vacating a portion of San Juan Street adjacent to Tustin High School would be completed. It has been determined that the feasibility study will not be completed by the termination of said Agreement which is March 31, 1988. DISCUSSION: The attached document is an amendment to the previous Caltrans/City Agreement which amends the termination date from March 31, 1988 to September 30, 1988. This six month extension will more than adequately dover the time required to complete the feasibility study.
