AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL O'F THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, AMENDING SECTION 1515 OF CHAPTER 5, ARTICLE 1,
OF THE TUSTIN MUNICIPAL CODE, CHANGING THE STARTING
TIME OF PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS.
WHEREAS, on April 18, 1988, the City Council of the City of Tustin,
California, does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 1515 of the Tustin Municipal
amended to read as follows:
"1515 MEETINGS
Code shall be
The Planning Commission shall hold its regular meetings on the second
and fourth Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers, except when such a day falls on a legal holiday, in which
event the Planning Co~nission shall meet at 7:00 p.m. on the first
weekday following which is not a legal holiday. The Planning
Commission may meet at such other times and places as hereafter may
be determined from time to time by the Planning Commission to be
necessary or convenient."
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin City Council
held on the 18th day of April, 1988.
