The matter was continued to the May 2, 1988, meeting due to a concern of one property owner. Recommendation: Continue this item to the May 16, 1988, meeting as recommended by the Public Works Department/Engineering Division. XI. NEW BUSINESS APPROVED NOU AND EDGAR TO M~ITE A COVER LETTER FOR THE N0U 1. TUSTIN-IRVINE-ORANGE (TIO) MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR FOOTHILL EASTERN TRANSPORTATION CORRIDOR The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) that was previously adopted by the City Council on February 8, 1988, was not identical to the MOU adopted by the Cities of Irvine and Orange. Recommendation: Approve the Memorandum of Understanding between the Cities of Tustin, Irvine, and Orange regarding the implementation of the Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor subject to final approval by the City Attorney as recommended by the Public Works Department/Engineering Division.
