In my discussions with Bob with respect to his decision, it was felt that the City of Tustin and the campaign currently being conducted for a Senior Center would be best served if Bob's new firm took over the assignment and professional services contract effective August 1, 1987. Bob has indicated to me that this has been discussed with you, and you have concurred in Bob's decision. Therefore, this letter will confirm that our firm's-approved proposal for campaign counsel and direction, dated April 28, 1987, will be terminated effective July 31, 1987 with all professional fees and reimbursable.expenses due tq and billed by our firm through that date. We will credit the advance monthly retainer in our final billing statement which will be submitted on or about August 28, 1987. I want you to know that our firm has enjoyed our professional relationship and fund raising success to-date with you and the City of Tustin, and I am confident you will continue to enjoy that success with Bob Sharp and his new firm.
