JUNE 16, 1986
1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 9:04 p.m. by Chairman Saltarelli in the
City Council' Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - JUNE 2, 1986, REGULAR I~EETING
It was moved by Edgar, seconded by Kennedy, to approve Minutes of the
June 2, 1986, Regular Meeting. Motion carried 5-0.
4. DESIGN REVIEW - 730 EL CAMINO WAY - RESOLUTION NO. RDA 86-6
As recommended in the inter-com dated June 16, 1986, prepared by the Com-
munity Development Department, it was moved by Edgar, seconded by Kennedy,
to adopt the following:
RESOLUTION NO. ROA 86-6 - A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE DESIGN OF AN
OFFICE STRUCTURE TO BE CONSTRUCTED AT 730 EL CAMINO WAY AS APPROVED BY
AMENDMENT NO. i TO USE PERMIT 85-14 THEREBY SUPERSEDING RESOLUTION NO. RDA
85-7
The motion carried 5-0.

5. PUBLIC HEARING ON 1986-87 PRELIMINARY PROGRA~ AND FINANCIAL PtAN BUDGET
Chairman Saltarelli opened the public hearing at 9:05. There were no
speakers on the matter,, and the public hearing was closed.
It was moved by Hoesterey, seconded by Edgar, to direct staff to prepare a
resolution approving the proposed 1986-87 Budget for the Redevelopment
Agency, which includes revenues of $2,697,300 and appropriation requests
of $2,777,152. Carried 5-0 29
6. OTHER BIJSINESS
None.
7. AOJOURNMENT
At 9:05 p.m. the meeting was adjourned to the next Regular Meeting on
July 7, 1986, at 7:00 p.m. by unanimous informal consent.
