Recommendation: Adoption of Resolution No. 86-109 if the City Council
ascertains it will be in the best interest of the City and its citizens

Recommendation: Accept all public improvements and authorize release of
Faithful Performance Bond #01NAA024310 in the amount of $19,000.00,
Labor and Materials Bond #01NAA024310 in the amount of $9,500.00, and
Monumentation Bond #01NAA024311 in the amount of $500.00 as recommended
by the City Engineer.

Recommendation: Authorize the restriping of Bryan Avenue from about 100
feet west of Red Hill Avenue to Browning Avenue as recommended by the
City Engineer.
