SUBJECT: ACCEPTANCE OF DEED AT 151 YORBA STREET
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council accept easement deed from Corniche Limited XV for street
widening at 151Yorba Street and authorize recordation.
BACKGROUND:
Conditions" of approval for D~sign Review No. 87-11 required dedication on Yorba
Street to 40 feet east of center line. The existing right of way is 25 feet from
center line so this deed provides for an additional 15 feet.
