The residential rate is estimated to be $1.49 per unit per month; commercial can $1.37 per unit per month; and the commercial bin service varies from a low of $1.32 to $16.36 based on the bin size and frequency of collection. The residential fees appear higher due to the anticipated use of transfer stations, at a slightly higher fee, if available landfill sites begin to discontinue operation.
