CLAIM FOR PERSONAL INJURIES (Government Code Section 910) TO; CITY OF TUSTIN, TUSTIN POLICE DEPARTMENT, JOHN MARTIN, and DOES 1 through 10, inclusive: COMES NOW the Claimant, DELBERT CHARLES NOBLE, and for a cause of action against the defendants, and each of them, complains and alleges as follows: I DELBERT CHARLES NOBLE, whose current address is and telephone number is (714) 836-8182, does hereby make claim against defendants, CITY OF TUSTIN, TUSTIN POLICE DEPARTMENT, JOHN MARTIN AND DOES 1 through 10, inclusive: II That on July 11, 1986, in the County of Orange, claimant was arrested at his place of employment, Steelcase company, in the 1 7 8 9 10 ll 15 16 17 18 19 20 E5 E8 City of Tustin, County of Orange, State of California. III That said arrest was false, improper, illegal without probable cause and in violation of claimant's civil rights under California and Federal law. Claimant was further imprisoned and incarcerated for a period of time in violation of his civil rights under California and Federal law, without probable cause, based on inadequate information or evidence and false information. IV That defendant herein, John Martin and Doe 1, were agents and employees of the defendant, City and Tustin Police Department who did knowingly and falsely provide information upon which claimant's arrest and imprisonment were based in violation of claimant's civil rights under both California and Federal law. V Ail of the above actions by the defendants herein did cost claimant financial damages in an amount yet to be determined in that claimant did lose time from his employment and was then fired from said employment and has not regained gainful employment as of the date of the filing of this claim a~d claimant did further suffer emotional distress and damage in an amount of $250,000.00. VI Defendant Tustin Police Department did engage the services of, and rely upon information provided by, defendant John Martin and Doe 1 with regard to the arrest of claimant herein without just cause for such reliance and without adequate or reasonable investigation as to information provided by said.John Martin and Doe 1, all of which was the proximate cause of the damage to 1 4 8 9 i0 11 15 16 17 18 19 £0 E1 9.5 E8 claimant as set forth herein. VII Ail notices or other communications with regard to this claim 'should be sent to claimant at 1621 West Seventh Street, Santa Ana, California 92703. WHEREFORE, claimant prays: 1. For general damages in the sum of $250,000.00; 2. For the reasonable value of loss of earnings; 3.
