BACKGROUND:
The Transportation Super Committee of the Orange County Division of the League

Orange County and the means to finance those needs. The Committee is scheduled
to present these reports in September, 1987.
In June of this year, each local agency and the County were asked to submit
their respective needs to be inclusive of both regional and local type projects
as they relate to their agencies. City staff submitted two regional and four
local type projects. The Committee is' now asking for confirmation of these
project submittals by an action of approval by the City Council.
DISCUSSION:
The attached list is a compilation of all projects needs submitted by the local
agencies to date. This list does not include the County of Orange submittals
for both the proposed new cities and the unincorporated County territory.
The City's project submittals that were submitted by staff in June are as shown
