RECOMMENDATION:
For the City Council meeting of December 15, 1986.
Award of bid for sidewalk and wheelchair ramps at E1 Camino Real and Tustin Ranch
Road to the low bidder, B-1 Enterprise Corporation of Rancho Cucamunga,
California, in the amount of $92,160.00.
BACKGROUND:
On November 17, 1986, the City Council authorized the advertisement of bids for
the construction of sidewalks on E1 Camino Real from Browning to Tustin Ranch Road
and on the westerly side of Tustin Ranch Road from Bryan to approximately 890'
south of E1Camino Real.
This project is an East Tustin Assessment District No. 85-1 project of which there
is sufficient funding available within the District's project budget.
DISCUSSION:
Sealed bids were received and opened at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 9, 1986,
and are summarized below:
