EL MODENA-IRVINE CHANNEL IMPROVEMENTS, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 85-1 (PROJECT NO. 10) Approve K.E.C. Company's request for a 30-day time extension to'the E1 Modena-Irvine Channel contract for Project 10 of the East Tustin Assessment District No. 85-1, and amend the contract completion date from January 15, 1987, to March 1, 1987, as recommended by the Public Works Department/Engineering Division. RESOLUTION NO. 87-16 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN SUPPORTING THE TUSTIN RANCH ROAD INTERCHANGE AT THE I-5 FREEWAY PROJECT AS A LOCALLY FUNDED PROJECT Adopt Resolution No. 87-16; and direct staff to submit subject proj- ect form to the Orange County Transportation Commission as recom- mended by the Public Works Department/Engineering Division. STREET PARKING LIMITATIONS Authorize the posting of a parking limitation along the westerly side of "C" Street adjacent to Peppertree Park consisting of two- hour parking, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., weekends and holidays excepted, as recommended by the Public Works Department/Engineering Division. DECLARATION OF SURPLUS VEHICLES As recommended by the Public Works Department/Engineering Division, find that the following vehicles are not required for public use and that they be declared as surplus vehicles: 1975 Ecolotec Sweeper (Estimated Value $4,500.00), 1978 FMC Sweeper (Estimated Value $1,500.00), and 1982 Cushman Scooter (Estimated Value $750.00). AIFFHORII_ATION TO PURCHASE DUMP ll~UCK FOR WATER DIVISION Authorize the purchase of a dump truck from Rafferty International, Anaheim, in the amount of $43,370.30 for use in the Water Division as recommended by the Public Works Department/Engineering Division. AUTHORIZATION FOR ll~EE REMOVAJ. S Authorize the removal of a Liquid Amber tree at 1671 Amherst and a Rusty Leaf Fig tree at 15401 Williams as requested by residents due to hazardous condition caused by tree roots and as recommended by the Public Works Department/Engineering Division. RESOLUTION NO. 87-18 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A SUPPLEMENTAL INDEN- TURE OF TRUST; MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS WITH REGARD THERETO; ACCEPTING AN OPINION OF BOND COUNSEL AND AUTHORIZING CERTAIN RELATED MATTERS Adopt Resolution No. 87-18 in order to render a rating on the Assessment District No. 85-1 Bonds issued August, 1986, Standard & Poors has requested that certain amendments be made to the original indenture.
