SUBJECT: ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT DEED FOR MYFORD ROAD BETWEEN EL CAMINO REAL AND
BRYAN AVENUE
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Tustin City Council accept the easement deed from the Irvine Company for
street and utility construction on Myford Road between E1 Camino Real and Bryan
Avenue.
BACKGROUND:
Myford Road is located within the East Tustin area and is located between E1
Camino Real and Irvine Blvd. The portion of Myford Road between Bryan Avenue and
Irvine Blvd. was previously dedicated to the City on final Tract Map 12763.
The remaining portion of Myford Road between E1 Camino Real and Bryan Ave. is an
eighty foot wide street and will provide for four travel lanes of traffic. The
roadway is being funded and constructed as a project of the East Tustin Assessment
District 85-1.

RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM TRACT 12763
SOUTHWESTERLY TO EL CAMINO REAL
Those portions of Block 44 of Irvine's Subdivision, in the City
of Tustin, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map
thereof filed in Book 1, Page 88 of Miscellaneous Record Maps in the
.offic6 of the County Recorder of said Orange County, described as
follows:
PARCEL 1
A strip of land 80.00 feet wide, the centerline of which is
described as follows:
CONMENCING at the centerline intersection of Myford Road with
Bryan Avenue as said intersection is shown on Tract No. 12763 per map
filed in Book 581, Pages 16 through 25, inclusive, of Miscellaneous
Maps in the office of said County Recorder; thence along said
centerline of Myford Road S.40°40'O1"W. 77.00 feet to the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING, said point of beginning also being in the southwesterly
boundary of ~aid Tract No. 12763; thence leaving said boundary and

Myford Road S.40°40'01"W. 44.00 feet to a tangent curve concave
northwesterly having a radius of 1400.00 feet; thence southwesterly
along said curve through a central angle of 01°03'51'' a length of
26.00 feet; thence tangent to said curve S.41°43'52"W. 400.00 feet
to a tangent curve concave southeasterly having a radius of 1400.00
feet; thence southwesterly along said curve through a central angle of
01°04'31'' a length of 26.27 feet; thence tangent to said curve
S.40°39'21"W. 194.93 feet to the northeasterly right-of-way line of E1
Camino Real, 80.00 feet wide, as described in the easement to the City
of Tustin recorded May 8, 1986, as Instrument No. 86-185902 of
Official Records in the Office of said County Recorder.
The sidelines of said strip shall be prolonged or shortened
southwesterly so as to terminate in said northeasterly right-of-way
line of E1Camino Real.
PARCEL 2
Beginning at a point in the southeasterly line of hereinabove
described PARCEL I which lies N.40°39'21"E. 24.11 feet from the south-
westerly terminus thereof; thence along said southeasterly line
S.40°39'21"W. 24.11 feet to a point in the northeasterly right-of-way
line of hereinabove mentioned E1Camino Real, said point being on a

Beginning at a point in the northwesterly line of hereinabove
described PARCEL i which lies N.40°39'21"E. 28.57 feet from the sQuth-
westerly terminus thereof; thence along said northwesterly line
S.40°39'21"W. 28.57 feet to a point in' the northeasterly right-of-way
line of hereinabove mentioned E1Camino Real, said point being on a
curve concave southwesterly having a radius of 1890.00 feet, a radial
line to said point bears N.44°19'35"E.; thence northwesterly along
said curve through a central angle of 00051'36'' a length of 28.37
feet; thence leaving said curve in said northeasterly right-of-way line
N.87°O3'40"E. 39.11 feet to the Point of Beginning.
CONTAINING 1.286 acres, more or less.
SUBJECT to all Covenants, Rights, Rights-of-Way and Easements of
record.

corporation, a perpetual easement and right of way for street, highway and public
utility purposes in, on, under, ovem, through and across the real property in the City
of Tustin, County of Orange, State of California, described on Exhibit "A" and
depicted on Exhibit "B", both attached hereto and made a part'hereof by this reference.
SUBJECT TO any and all covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations,
easements, rights, rights of way and enculnbran, ces of record or apparent or of which
