White, Director Community and Administrative Services kaw Attachments. 1 RESOLUTION NO. 87-102 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING DESTRUCTION 3 OF CERTAIN PERSONNEL RECORDS 5 WHEREAS, except for records affecting title to real property or liens thereon, court records, records required to be kept by 6 statute, records less than three years old and the minutes, ordinances, or resolutions of the City Council and other City 7 boards or commissions,.
