REIMBURSEMENT AJ~REEMENT FOR SANITAJ~Y sEWER FACILITIES
Approve subject agreement between the City and Irvine Ranch Water
District (IRWD) for the completion of IRWD sewer facilities within
Assessment District No. 85-1 (Project No. 21392); and authorize
the Mayor and City Clerk to execute same as recommended by the
Public Works Department/Engineering Division.
CONSULTANT 'AC~REEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR llJSTIN LANDSCAPE
AND LIGHTING DISTRICT
Approve subject agreement between the City and BSI Consultants,
Inc., for preparation of an annual Engineer's Report for the
Tustin Landscape and Lighting District; and authorize the Mayor
and City Clerk to execute same subject to final approval of the
City Attorney as recommended by the Public Works Department/Engi-
neering Division.

Adopt Resolution No. 87-40 to approve Final Tract Map 13044 (for-
merly Tract 12719) filed by the Bren Company as recommended by the
Community Development Department.

Adopt Resolution No. 87-39 to bring all parking fines into line
with current costs, which has not been updated since 1981, as
recommended by the Police Department.
