CONSULTANT 'AC~REEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR llJSTIN LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING DISTRICT Approve subject agreement between the City and BSI Consultants, Inc., for preparation of an annual Engineer's Report for the Tustin Landscape and Lighting District; and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute same subject to final approval of the City Attorney as recommended by the Public Works Department/Engi- neering Division. 5. RESOLUTION ND. 87-39 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE SCHEDULE FOR TUSTIN CITY CODE VIOLATIONS Adopt Resolution No. 87-39 to bring all parking fines into line with current costs, which has not been updated since 1981, as recommended by the Police Department.
