ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND RELEASE OF BONDS -
PARCEL MAP NO. 84-1031
RECOMMENDATION:
For the City Council meeting of March 2, 1987.
Accept public improvements constructed with Parcel Map No. 84-1031 and authorize
release of the following bonds:

FB005245 Faithul Performance $43,700.00
FB005245 Labor and Materials 21,850.00
FB005247 Monumentation 2,000.00
BACKGROOND:
Parcel Map No. 84-1031 is a subdivision which was initiated by Albert Auer (Tustin
Corporate Park Limited) and is an industrial development located south of Walnut
Avenue and between Franklin Avenue and future Tustin Ranch Road.
Public improvements adjacent and within this parcel map development consisted of
driveway aprons, sidewalks, sewers and water mains.
DISCUSSION:
All public improvements have been completed to the satisfaction of the Public
Works Department and it is recommended that the following bonds be released:
Faithful Performance
Labor and Materials
Monumentation
The Subdivision Warranty Bond No. FB005246 in the amount of $4,370.00 must remain
in effect for a per.iod of one year after all improvements have been accepted by
the City Council.
