Nault, Finance Director Susan Jones, Recreation Superintendent Laura Pickup, Assistant Planner Janet Hester, Administrative Secretary Approximately 30 in the audience APPROVAL OF MINUTES - FEBRUARY 2, 1987, REGULA~R ~ETING It was moved by Hoestere~, seconded by Edgar, to approve Minutes of the February 2, 1987, Regular Meeting. Motion carried 5-0.. RESOLUTION NO. ROA 87-1 - APPROVING ACOJISITION OF A llELEPHONIC COI~UNICA- TIONS SYSTEM {Reference City Council Agenda, New Business Item No. 1) In cqnjunction with City Council award of bid for purchase of a telephonic communications system from Fujitsu Business Communicati-ons in the amount of $116,957.00, the Agency was requested to appropriate funds for purchase of same. As recommended in the inter-com dated February 17, 1987, prepared by the Executive Director, it was moved by Hoesterey, seconded by Edgar, to adopt the following: RESOLUTION NO. I~J)A 87-! - A RESOLUTION OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOP- MENT AGENCY APPROVING THE ACQUISITION OF A TELEPHONIC COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND DETERMINING THAT THE ACQUISITION IS A BENEFIT TO THE TOWN CENTER PROJ- ECT AREA AND THERE ARE NO OTHER REASONABLE MEANS OF FINANCING THE PROJECT The motion carried 5-0. 39 5. SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION - STREET LIGHTING ALONG "C" STREET On February 2, 1987, City Council approved installation of three street lights along "C" Street between Main and Third Streets and concluded that Agency funding should be utilized for same. Pursuant to the recommendation contained in the inter-com dated February 9, 1987, prepared by the Public Works Department/Engineering Division, it was moved by Hoesterey, seconded by Edgar, to authorize sup- plemental appropriation in the amount of $6,950.00 to the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency 1986-87 Budget for street light installation along "C" Street between Main Street and Third Street; and authorize City staff to administrate all contracts for same. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS It was moved .by Hoesterey, seconded by Edgar, to approve Demands in the amount of $836,384.34 for the month of January, 1987, as recommended by the Finance Department. The motion carried 5-0. 60 7. OTHER BUSINESS None. 8.
