AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR F.Y. '85-~86 SLURRY SEAL PROGRAM
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the City Council, at their meeting of October 21, 1985,
award the contract for subject project to Doug Martin Contracting Company, Inc.,
in the amount of $135,818.75.
BACKGROUND:
Subject project encompasses application of slurry seal coat on various residential
streets and arterial highways throughout the City in accordance with the City's

weather), the work on arterial highways and major streets will be performed on
week-ends in order to minimize traffic congestion.
