APPROVAL OF MINUTES - OCTOBER 21, 1985, REGULAR MEETING APPROVAJ_ OF DIEFta~NDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $317,395.97 RATIFICATION OF PAYROLL IN THE AMOUNT OF $129,966.65 REJECTION OF CLAIM OF I~RY HELEN & WILLIAM EARL TOMLIN; DATE OF LOSS: 6/27/85; DATE FILED WITH CITY: 9/18/85; CLAIM NO. 85-43 Reject subject claim as recommended by the City Attorney. 4. REJECTION OF CLAIM OF ERNEST WILLIAM SCHROEDER; DATE OF LOSS: 3/15/84; DATE FILED WITH CITY: 10/3/85; CLAIM NO. 85-44 Reject subject claim as recommended by the City Attorney. PARCEL MAP NO. 84-1027 - ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS & RELEA~SE OF BONDS (Northwest Corner of Irvine Boulevard and Holt Avenue) Accept all public improvements; and authorize release of the follow- ing: Faithful Performance Bond No. 01-NAA-010897 for $19,500, Labor & Materials Bond No. 01-NAA-010897 for $9,750, and Monumentation Bond No. 01-NAA-010899 for $640, as recommended by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer. RENEWAL OF ANNUAL ASPHALT CONCRETE PAVEMENT REPAIR PROGRAM Renew the contract with R. J. Noble Company for an additional year for the Annual Asphalt Concrete Pavement Repair Program, as recom- mended by the Engineering Division. SECOND AMENDMENT, JOINT STUDY AGREEMENT/EAST TUSTIN SPECIFIC PLAN Authorize the Mayor to sign the proposed amendment, authorizing the subject amendment to the joint study agreement with The Irvine Com- pany for the East Tustin Specific Plan, as recommended by the Com- munity Development Department. RESOLUTION NO. 85-101 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THE INTENTION TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING TO ASCERTAIN WHETHER THE CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 17592 AMAGANSET (AP# 401-033-01) CONSTITUTES A PUBLIC NUISANCE Adopt Resolution No. 85-101; and set the matter for public hearing on November 18, 1985, as recommended by the Community Development Department. 10. TRACT MAP NO. 12106 ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS & RELEASE OF BONDS (South Side of Walnut St. between Newport Ave. and Orange St.) Accept all public improvements; and authorize release of the follow- ing: Faithful Performance Bond No. 3SM572911 for $22,500, Labor & Materials Bond No. 3SM572911 for $11,250, and Monumentation Bond No. 3SM572913 for $1,280, as recommended by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer. 11. 12. REPLACEMENT OF A TRACTOR MOWER Authorize a supplemental appropriation of $10,000 from the vehicle leasing fund to replace a tractor mower, as recommended by the Engineering Division. EXTENSION OF ANNUAL PAVEMENT MARKING PROGRAM Extend the Annual Pavement Marking Program contract to J & S Sign Company, Inc., for an additional year, as recommended by the Engineering Division.
