J. Noble Company for the Annual Asphalt Concrete Pavement Repair Program. BACKGROUND: In 1983, the Tustin City Council awarded the contract for the Annual Asphalt Concrete Pavement Repair to R. J. Noble Company. The terms of the contract allowed for: 1) two renewals, dependent on performance; and, 2) price increase in accord with the current Consumer Price Index (C.P.I.). Staff is'well satisfied with the companies performance. The current five percent (5%) C.P.I. increase would escalate the engineer's estimate from $167,035.10 in fiscal 1984-85 to $175,386.85 in fiscal 1985-86. Monda Buckley Administrative Assistant MB:jr
