(Roll Call Vote) 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 ORDINANCE NO. 951 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TNE CITY OV TUSTIN, REZONING 305, 315, 325 MAIN STREET FROM R-3 (MULTIPLE FAMILY) DISTRICT TO COMMERCIAL GENERAL (CG) DISTRICT, AS SHOWN IN EXHIBIT "A". The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby ordain as follows: I. The City Council finds and determines as follows: That a proper application, (Zone Change No. 85-7) has been filed by the City of Tustin to change the zone for 305, 315, 325 Main Street from R-3 {Multiple Family) District to Commercial General District (CG), as shown in Exhibit "A". That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application. C. That a zone change should be granted for the following reasons: 1. That the proposed change would bring' the Tustin Area General Plan in conformance with the Zoning Map. That the proposed change would not be detrimental to the public health, safety, and welfare of the surrounding property owners. Development of subject property shall be in accordance with the policies adopted by the City Council; Uniform Building Codes as administered by the Building Official; Uniform Fire Code as administered by- the Orange County Fire Marshal; and street improvement requirements as administered by the City Engineer. In accordance with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines, the subject project will not have a significant impact on the environment and therefore a Negative Declaration is hereby adopted. DATED EXHIBIT A 1 2 6' 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 2232 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, RECOMMENDING REZONING OF 305, 315, 325 MAIN STREET FROM R-3 (MULTIPLE FAMILY) DISTRICT TO COMMERCIAL GENERAL (CG) DISTRICT, AS SHOWN IN EXHIBIT "A".
