A request by staff for Agency approval to complete contract administration
and construction under a Ctty contract.
As ~ecommended in the inter-corn dated October 28, ].987, prepared by the
Department of Pubtic t4orks/Engineering O~vision, it was moved by Kennedy,
seconded by Hoesterey, to authorize the Tust~n City Council Co perform all
contract adminlst, ration for the installa[ion of street ligh~ conduit and
street lights along "C" Street between Hain Street and Third Street,
inclusive of t;he expenditure of funds budgeted for said work. Carried
