RECOI~ENDEO ACTION:
Approve Tentative Parcel Map 85-391 by the adoption of Resolution 85-112.
PROJECT ANALYSIS:
The applicant recently purchased the southerly property from the Federal
Government and obtained a building permit to construct a 12,160 square foot
addition to an existing business which manufactures swimming suits. One of
the conditions of the building permit was that a parcel map would have to
tie the two parcels together. The proposed map is in conformance with the
Tustin Area General Plan and the Planned Community District Regulations for
the Tustin Irvine Industrial Complex. The conditions of approval are
listed in Resolution 85-112.
On November 12, 1985 the Planning Commission recommended approval of this
tentative map by the adoption of Resolution No. 2280,

A RESOLUTION OF TNE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, APPROVING TENTATIVE
PARCEL MAP 85-391 LOCATED AT 2712 DOW AVENUE
The City Council of the city of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows:
I. The City Council finds and determines as follows:

That Tentative Parcel Map No. 86-391 was submitted to the
City Council pursuant to Ordinance No. 847 by Raj Manufacturing
requesting authorization to create one parcel from two parcels
for the property known as Parcel 2, Lot A, Tract 8763 as
recorded in Book 354, pp. 13-16 of miscellaneous maps of Orange
County and a parcel known as Lot 58 of Block 45 as recorded in
Book 354, pages 13-16 of miscellaneous maps of Orange County.
B. That said map is in conformance with the Tustin Area General
Plan.
C. That the project is categorically exempt from the requirements
of the California Environmental Quality Act; Class 15.
II. The City Council hereby approves Tentative ParCel Map No. 85-391
subject to the following conditions:
Construction and/or replacement of all missing or damaged public
improvements will- be required and shall include, but not be
limited to, the following:
1. Driveways
2. Domestic water services
3. Fire services
4. Sidewalks
5. Sanitary sewer laterals
B. Payment of Orange County Sanitation District No. 7- sewer
connection fees in the amount of $610.00.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin City Council, held on
