STATUS: A NEGATIVE DECLARATION HAS BEEN APPROVED IN COMPLIANCE WITH
THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT
REQUEST: APPROVAL OF FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 12273, ONE -LOT SUBDIVISION
FOR RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM PURPOSES
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve Final Tract Map No. 12273 by the adoption of Resolution No. 85-113.
DISCUSSION:
Tentative Tract 12273 and Use Permit 84-15 authorized the development of a
six unit condominium project at 15582 South "B" Street.
The parcel complies with the Tustin Area General Plan and the city of
Tustin Zoning Ordinance.
The tentative tract map was approved by the Planning Commission on
September 24, 1984 and the City Council on October 15, 1984. The final map
is in substantial compliance with the tentative map and all the conditions
of approval have been met.
On November 12, 1985 the Planning Commission recommended approval of this
final map by the adoption of Resolution No. 2281.

RESOLUTION NO. 85-113
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 12273
The City Council of the city of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows:
I. The City Council finds and determines as follows:
A. That Final Tract Map No. 12273 was submitted to the City Council
on behalf of Sik Wong for consideration of the creation of a one
lot subdivision for condominium purposes at 15582 South "B"
Street.
B. That a Negative Declaration for the project was previously
approved in conformance with the California Environmental
Quality Act.
C. That the proposed division is in conformance with the Tustin
Area General Plan and the Tustin Zoning Code as it pertains to
the development of multiple family dwellings.
D. That the final map is in substantial compliance with the
tentative map.
II. The City'Council hereby approves Final Tract Map No. 12273 subject to
the final approval of the City Engineer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
day of , 1985.
