BACKGROUND: The Public Works Department received a request to install no parking signs on Green Valley southerly of Mitchell Avenue for street sweeping purposes. The department prepared and mailed a questionnaire to each resident on Green Valley to ascertain whether they did or did not desire no parking signs. Following is the results of the survey.
