The Pacific Bell development was approved under Use Permit No. 84-10 by Planning Commission Resolution No. 2177 which contained the following condition of approval: ° The developer shall prepare a Traffic System Management Plan which could include staggered work hours, use of carpools, and vanpools. Contact was made with the architects/engineers for Pacific Bell and it was indicated that the Plan is currently under preparation with completion scheduled for mid-January, 1986. The Plan will then be presented to both the Planning Commission and City Council for review and approval. At this point, staff does not feel that a letter is still necessary and will not prepare one unless the City Council indicates a different desire.
