With removal of the railroad easement the property has been returned to ownership of The Irvine Company. A response to that request from Sandy Pinnell, right of way coordinator for The Irvine Company is attached to this transmittal. In summary, no specific plans have been formulated and the Company is merely maintaining the property in its present condition. City Council is additionally concerned regarding the dumping of debris and potentially hazardous materials along this property. Staff again will advise The 1trine Company to maintain its property and security fence all openings along Walnut Avenue, Moulton Parkway and Interstate 5. Any additional directives of City Council may also be included in this correspondence. l~ALD D.
