RECOI~ENDED ACTION:
This project will be considered on the City Council 'Agenda of March 17, 1986
under Public Hearing No. 2. If the City Council affirms the Planning
Commission approval of Use Permit 86-7 it would be appropriate for the agency to
approve the project design by the adoption of Resolution No. RDA 86-4. If the
City Council continued or denied the Use Permit, it would be appropriate to
table this action.
An analysis of the proposed project is listed under Public Hearing No. 2 of the
City Council March 17, 1986 agenda.

A RESOLTUION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE SITE
AND ELEVATION PLANS FOR THE PROPOSED OFFICE PROJECT
AT, 185-195 "C" STREET.
The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Tustin, California
hereby resolves as follows:

That pursuant to the adopted Town Center Redevelopment Plan the
Redevelopment Agency shall approve all site plans and
architectural designs of any project proposed within the
Redevelopment Agency Project area.
Be
That a proper submittal has been transmitted to the Agency on
behalf of Dopp & Curl for a proposed + 9,000 square foor office
building to be located at 185-195 "C"~treet.
That the agency has reviewed the proposed project and determines
that the proposed project will be compatible with the
surrounding area.
D. That a Negative Declaration was previously prepared and approved.
to comply with the California Environmental Quality Act.
That the final development plans shall be reviewed and approved
by the Director of Community Development prior to permit
issuance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency held on
the day of , 1986.
