RESOLUTION NO. 86-38 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CA, IN SUPPORT OF THE REMOTE ACCESS NETWORK OF THE CALIFORNIA IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM (CAL-ID) Adopt Resolution No. 86-38 as recommended by the Chief of Police, 9. RELINOUISIg~ENT OF ACCESS RIGHTS TO WALNUT AVENUE Approve the relinquishment of access rights to Walnut Avenue from Tract No. 10815; and authorize the Mayor to execute a Quitclaim Deed for said relinquishment, subject to City approval of a plan for said work, as recommended by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer. 10.
