Present: Kidd, ~yrd, Mack, °herids_n Absent: Humes~on City Attorney: J. Rourke, present City Engineer: J. L. McBride, present W. A. ROBERTS Moved by Councilman Mack, seconded by Councilman BUILDING PER- Byrd that the Clerk write to the County Building MIT Depar~men~ authorizing them to proceed with the building permit of Mn~W. A. Roberts, Main Street, Tustin, as per original plans including setbacks as approved by Tustin Building Inspector. Motion carried. R. J. NOBLE Moved by Councilman Byrd, seconded by Councilman EXTENSION Sheridan t~at re,nest for extenion of 30 days on GRANTED R.J. Noble contract for construction on Main Street be granted. Motion carried. COUNCIL Moved by Councilman Byrd, seconded by Councilman NEUTRAL RE Mack that the Council go on record as being THE RAILROADS neutral in the case of the Santa Fe and So. Pacific Railroads. Motion carried Mr. Sheridan abstained from voting. VANDERLIP & Moved by Councilman ~heridan, seconded by Council- ROWAN ANNEX. man Byrd that revised description and Map of REFERRED TO Vanderlip and Rowan Annexation be referred to the PLANNING Planning Commission for study and recommendation. COMMISSION Motion carried. Meeting recessed a~ ?:45 P.M. Meeting reconvened at 8:28 P.M. RESOLUTION Moved by Councilman Sheridan, seconded by Council- #562 to be man Mack that Resolution #562 consenting to the READ BY commencement of proceedings for the annexation TITLE ONLY of certain inhabited territory designated as uVanderlip and Rowan Annexation,~ be read by -title only. Motion carried unanimously. ADOPTION OF Moved by Councilman Sheridan, seconded by Council- RESOLUTION man Byrd that Resolution #562 be passed and adopted. #562 Motion carried by roll call - all councilman present voting Aye. TUSTIN Moved by Councilman Mack, seconded by Councilman COMMUNITY Byrd that recommendations from the Planning Com- ANNEXATION mission on the Tustin Community Annexation be received and filed. Motion carried. Moved by Councilman Sheridan, seconded by Council- TUSTIN man Mack that revised tentative boundary on Tustin COMMUNITY Community :Annexation be submitted to the City ANNEXATION Engineer and City Attorney for further report and recommendation.
