MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
TUSTIN CITY COUNCIL
JULY 3, 1961
Meeting called ~o order at ?:35 P.M. by Mayor Kidd.
Present: Kidd, Byrd, Mack
Absent: H~meston, Sheridan
City Attorney: Rourke, present
City Engineer: McBride, present
On a motion by Councilman Mack, seconded by
Councilman Byrd and duly carried, the minutes
of June 19th meeting were approved as mailed

INSURANCE FOR On Irequest of Fire Chief Hi]ton that the in-

AUTHORIZATION Moved by Councilman Mack, seconded by

RESOLUTION FROM Council for backing in securing control of the
CITY COUNC!L FOR Western Pacific Railroad. First hearing before
BACKING the Interstate Commerce Commission July l?th.
Any decision on this was deferred to next meeting.
