Present: Kidd, Byrd, Mack Absent: H~meston, Sheridan City Attorney: Rourke, present City Engineer: McBride, present On a motion by Councilman Mack, seconded by Councilman Byrd and duly carried, the minutes of June 19th meeting were approved as mailed I ~ and received. First hearing before BACKING the Interstate Commerce Commission July l?th. Any decision on this was deferred to next meeting. REQUEST FOR On motion by Councilman Mack, seconded by CLOSING OF Councilman Byrd, Mrs. Randolph and Mrs. Grew STREET ON speaking on behalf of and presenting a petition JULY 4th fPom residents of Wheeler Drive, Laurie Lane and FROM 4:30 to ~alena Drive were granted permission to have a !0PM section of the street closed, under the super- vision of the Police Department from ~:30 to 10:00 P.M. Motion carried.
