JUNE 19, 1961
Meeting called to order by Mayor Kidd at 7:32 P.M.
PRESENT: Kidd, Hume~ton, Byrd, Mack

On motion of Councilman Byrd, seconded by
Councilman Mack, the minu~es of June 5th
regular meeting were approved as mailed

Councilman Humeston that Resolution No.
RESOLUTION NO. 561 561, "A resolution of the City Council
TO BE READ BY of the City of Tustin, requesting that
TITLE ONLY -property within the corporate limits of
the City of Tustin be excepted from tax
levy by the County of Orange for struct-
ural fire protection of County Areas'~ be
ready by title only. Motion carried un-
animously..

AUTHORIZATION TO Moved by Councilman Mack, seconded by Council-
P.D.-EQUIPMENT man Byrd that the Police Department be authorized
TO BE PURCHASED to purchase Police Equipment from Mr. Jacques
FOR $80 Chandler at a cost of $~0.00. Motion carried.
Moved by Councilman Humeston, seconded by Council-
man Mack that City Attorney draw resolution
authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to
sign agreements for the purchase of property
at 3rd and D streets. Motion carried by roll
call, all councilmen present voting Aye.
Moved by Councilman Byrd, seconded by Council-
man Mack that Mr. Humeston be granted per-
mission to leave the State. Motion carried.
